Edward James Lim died on March 19, 2010 morning after he fell from the 4th floor to the ground in their condominium in unit Wack Wack.
According to the rumor that Toni advised James not to smoke in the room so that's why he went out and stayed in the balcony.
According to pep that James was still conscious when they rushed him to Cardinal Santos Memorial Hospital and it was the time he left a three words to his mom but left away after a few minutes.
According to them also that his ribs and arms were broken as to why he died.
