Kris Aquino and James Yap got married on July 10, 2005 and Kris Aquino filed nullity of marriage on August 9, 2010.
The two have a cute son named after James Yap - James Yap Jr. or known as Bimby but the child will remain under Kris' custody.
Kris Aquino and Anne Curtis was already given a birthday party at the Abs-CBN compound restaurant. Kris will be 41 years old this Feb. 14 and Anne will be 27 this Feb. 17
